Exception — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at saurabhbadaya9@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue. Valid claims will be resolved via replacement (subject to stock) or store credit, at our discretion.
