Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship across India.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes about 5 days anywhere in India. Metro pincodes are usually faster; remote and non-metro pincodes can take a little longer.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
- ₹99 flat on orders below ₹999.
- All orders are prepaid — UPI, cards and net banking at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery yet.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order leaves us. Tracking can take a few hours to start updating after dispatch — that's normal.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. We can update a delivery address only before dispatch — email saubxofficial@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the return reaches us, with shipping charged again.
Failed delivery and returns to origin
Couriers usually attempt delivery two to three times. If the parcel comes back to us undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange a reship or a refund of the item value.
Serviceability
We currently ship only within India. A small number of pincodes are not serviceable by our courier partner; if yours is one of them we'll contact you within one business day and refund the order in full.
Delays outside our control
We aim to meet the timelines above, but courier disruptions, weather, strikes, regional restrictions and festive-season volume can occasionally cause delays. We'll keep you posted if your order is affected.
Damaged in transit
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy for how these are resolved.
